I was using the WC3 markup validation..

And it said something about my doctype not being correct and a few other issues.

So i added a doctype and "fixed" a few other things, and then all of a sudden my iframe disappeared down below my background.. Ive removed the doctype for now.

From what ive read it may be something to do with strict html not allowing targeting (which i have used in my iframe)..

Either that or i buggered up my code whilst moving things around and trying to fix the other errors it came up with. Which i have now solved by fiddling with it..i dont now how i fixed it to be honest.

Would these be related issues? And what doctype a i supposed to be using?
Cheers! Kym.

Use a frameset DTD which DOES allow the target attribute.

And what browser are you using?

In addition, when you use width and height on the document you do not use "px". Just the number. It is not like you do it with CSS.(ie: em, %, px)

Just an FYI, removing your doctype puts the site into Quirks mode.
