Hi there, so quick question, I'm helping a friend out for this site here:

http://brandonknasterjewelry.com/

How can he get it so that the x scroll is disabled on firefox? It's disabled in the browser, but you can still use your scroll button on your mouse and go left / right. Is there a way to get this to not be enabled?

Thanks

I looked at it in Firefox, the only scrolling going in is vertically and I use a trackball.

Need for scrolling depens on page implementation, screen resolution, viewers' control of text size ...I'd be far more worried about sorting out the dreadful home page with dozens of ludicrously large image files.

So the trackball x scrolling can't be disabled?

I'll also tell him that he might want to optimize some of those images...

He might want to put thumbnails on the home page and link to other pages, one per item or whatever!

There's no horizontal (x) scrolling when I use your site, in both firefox and safari.

You should minimize the length of images as well as length of page also. I suggest you to keep length of it to 1000px;
