Why favicon do not appear on this my page?

On some other pages of same website they appear, for example:

Browser is IE7, but I just had lucky, I changed name of favicon and it works now!!
it was not work when I put:
<link rel="shortcut icon" href="favcricket.ico" />
But when I change: <link rel="shortcut icon" href="faviconc.ico" /> it works!!
