I can I make it so my website doesn't take so long to load.
Like what are ways I can compress or make the pages smaller?

no pictures, or very little pictures, very few to no javascript, no app files, no frames.. of course these are just a few just dont make anything on the page that has a lot of kb's or mb's. plus it would be hard to be specific without a page to see what is making it take so long to load

menuprevi.png is 9k and would be about 3.5k as a 256 colour gif or even less as a jpeg

you can see the speed/sizes of things here.

it seems to be the ads that are the culprits though i think your page load time is acceptable anyway

yes, it's definatly menuprevi.png, Too many images, and the image sizes is definatly the problem, it says that it would take 8 or more seconds to load on a 56k modem, believe it or not, a lot of people still do have dial-up or even 26k internet connection, or 28k whatever it isof course im used to the 100M connection so it takes a second or so to load that page, but the two adds down at the bottom are causing major problems, if you are being supported by them ask them for a smaller image or if you can put a text link or make your own image file for the add
