I saw one pic of many persons and when you put mouse on someone of them it shows his/her name, How do they manage that?

I think you do not understand my question. I attached example pic, when you put mouse on left person on pic it display name1, when you put mouse on right person it display name 2. Someone told me that it is all about image maping?

An example is always easier to figure out.
