The flash movie is coming dynamically.
How to bring the layer (div) top of the flash movie.

Here div position:fixed, and also i can not using wmode="transparent".

So how to solve this issue.

If you cannot use THE ONLY SOLUTION to the "problem" no amount of asking questions will have any effect.

You either use wmode="transparent" to put the object back into the dovument stacking order or live with it!!!!!!!

you could try embedding the movie with SWFObject... I had a similar problem once with a drop down menu disappearing behind an .swf file ... the solution was to embed with SWFObject and whack the z-index for the menu up.

Give it a go, it's the only possible solution I could think of.
