Well, I knew it !

The problem is how to put it in above code.

Why?

It's not the 1990's any more, we have got past the days of "Best viewed in Internet Explorer at 800x600"

Because, I can't adjust the search box here in IE 8 and lower.

It works fine in all other browsers including IE9. So, that's why I just wanna show it in other browsers.
