The flash cannot play on the iPhone, Any one can tell me how to do this?

Funny enough, there was someone who was able to get Flash to run on his iPhone.

Jailbreak it...

We know Apple claims performance issues are the reason Flash is nowhere to be found on iOS devices — and we can’t say we disagree with the company’s assessment, in some cases — but we also know tons of Web video content still uses Adobe’s Flash platform and, well, we want the option to view it on our iPhones, iPads and iPods. There are several options for viewing Flash videos on your iDevice, but most methods involve a jailbreaking.

I stumbled upon this video (from 2010, so possibly you've seen it already) where Steve Jobs briefly explained why they left out Flash from their platforms.

Adobe and Apple had a fight way back, when Apple said they wouldn't use Adobe's software because it could modify the device in ways Apple didn't want. Somebody could easily make an iPhone hack out of flash and stick it on a website.

That's why there is no Flash (and shouldn't be) on an iPhone.
