At mozilla etc.. footer and menu works perfectly .. but at IE footer become doubled height and menu colors are a disaster.
I check your website. Please share your CSS code.

No it's not. Seeing browser problems and debugging code in the original location is always easier and better than trying to recreate a problem on a different location.

That spaced out link is a bit annoying so I didn't go to your site but from my experience in IE you have to define all the link colors or else if you've visited the link and you didn't define a color it'll be purple or something like that. This order should never fail
