anyone know if IE9 is supporting HTML5 draggable="true" and FileReader interaction

The site project I am working on (fileyap.com) works well with Firefox, but cannot find any good docs on IE to make compatible

IE 10 for FileReader

http://caniuse.com/filereader

I love the "Use the new and shiny responsibly."

like browser vendors make JS engines responsibly
