Short of re-writing your browser, there's not a lot can be done. If your browser doesn't support something, no amount of workarounds in your html will have any effect.

I use firefox and internet explorer, and neither of them will allow for iframes...

HMM maybe it is something wrong with your computer. I use IE and it is fine.
