My site template HMTL I need bad help!

This is my first time in HTML. I learned it at w3schools and still am learning.
Look at my site this is my template look at the image at the top its all out of shape!

How do I make it fit without resizing it? Its 142x141 I think....
Also how do I add more pages to my site??? Where do I put the body code and all that?

Basically you can't make the image fit without resizing it. Either make another image that fits the space you want or resize the image.
And about what you change: Look through the code and find where all the text is. That is, the text for the body, the big paragraphs. You know what I mean. Then edit that. That's all you really need to edit for each page.

first off...please edit your post and put all that code within HTML BB Code Tags ---> makes things alot easier.
according to ure post you want to add pages and put it in ure code...well this is easy. you create another file. usually people take a template, like you have there and just save it as a different filename and just put in the info that needs to be changed, eg: title, main content.
thats really all you have to do. the html docuement's content is always posted between the <body> tags. thats all you will have to do  hope you are having fun learning and good luck

I know how to edit it. I have it up as you see but I cant make a new page?? I have the links but how do I make a new page? How does that work so I can have a website? I have never done
this before so im new at it.

copy what you have and only chnage what is needed and save as a new filename. then link to it in your webpage.

To link to a new page from your home (index.html) page, use one of these methods:
HTML Goodies
<A HREF= "http://www.htmlgoodies.com"> Click Here For HTML Goodies</A>
And don't use the space here: HREF= "http I just did that to make the link inactive so it could be seen, the way that part is to be dispalyed is HREF="http
Or this method, which also works:
My home page
<a href= "liz.html">Liz</a><br> Same here, no space and if you go there to view source, it's at the bottom.
Either method works, but the first method is, I THINK, XHTML valid not html. I believe and I may be wrong, that the second method isn't absolute XHTML valid. Liz |

Ok so all I need to do is make a page on a text editor really and save it as html file and then upload it and link to it on my site?
I cant save files as html files how come? Im using notepad and wordpad?? What editor can I make webpages with and save them as html so I can add more pages?

The reason you image is squased is because you have got it's height and width wron gin the image tag...
The code you have says:

click "save as..." type in the files name you want with the extension of .htm or .html. like this...
then under the filename box there is a drop down menu that says "file type", chose something that says something like "all files" or "all file types", some thing like that. then click save. Remember to save it to where you would like it.

you need to make sure the images is in the folder you specify in the <img src="LeFebvre/new_pa1.jpg"> make sure the caps are the same. i have had problems because of caps
