Can anyone tell me whether you can create raised shadowed text or forms with CSS? If it is, how can you do it?

there is only one way, and it only works in IE - CSS2 and 3 has the ability to make drop shadows
very easily, but no current browser supports it (and don't expect anything too fancy from IE7)
