I am working on a new web site layout and I've run into a problem that I need some help with.

This is a rough draft of the new design: http://www.dcloud.com/review/newdesign.htm

My question is: How do I get the scroll bar effect to work? I want people to be able to scroll using the glass ball on the scroll arm and also by just clicking on the up and down arrows. I'm not very code-minded so any help you might be able to provide me on this I would really appreciate.

I spoke to Justin Kamerer at angryblue.com, because he has one of these type of scroll features he uses on his main pages, and he said that the code on his page was provided by the guy who coded his site. He told me to go here http://ghtml.com/ and check out the "the magic scrollbar" code.

Well I spent the last couple hours studying this code and trying to incorporate my design into it, but I'm not getting anywhere.

Any coders out there who would like to make some money and do this for me? lol ....

I'm stumped.
