link farm ???? stay well away from them. best thing going for getting sites penalised.

create anchor your self that way you control the wording according to you sites keywords/phrases.

dynamic links are useless for SEs because it could be different each visit.

How many Anchor text you need for making it automated. If you target way to many anchor text you may be lost on this internet as you may not be found for any one of them. Go for section by section anchor text and that can be done manually.

Like chrishirst said, stay FAAAAAAR away from link farms. They won't do you any good.
