My site template links help

Ok on my homepage all the links work. I want to know if I put the part where all the links are from the homepage to all the other pages will the links work. Like are they the same. Here is the homepage HTML and after that I will post it from one of the other pages.
Also my page is in all red. Why is this is there a tag not closed?

This is another page they look all the same where the links are so do you think I could interchange them? So I would not have to add all the links manually to all my pages over and over!

I don't see any problem about your page looking all red.
About the links, there's two types of links:
1. relative links: this refers to a file in relation to the current file
ex: you have in D:/MySite/file.htm the following link:
Code:
<a href="contact.htm">Link</a>
this will open the file D:/MySite/contact.htm, that is the file "contact.htm" located in the same folder as your "file.htm" file where the link is.
2. Absolute links: this refers to a speciffic file by it's URL. ex: the "file.htm" contains the link
Code:
<a href="http://www.yoursite.com/contact.htm">Link</a>
this will load the file "http://www.yoursite.com/contact.htm" no matter where your "file.htm" is placed.
So, to answer your question, you have two possibilities:
1. if all your files are in the same folder, you can use relative links. All the links look the same in all files:
Code:
<a href="index.htm">index</a>
<a href="services.htm">services</a>
<a href="contact.htm">contact</a>
2. if you have files in different folders, in order to reuse the same links in all files, you need to use absolute links:
Code:
<a href="http://www.yoursite.com/index.htm">index</a>
<a href="http://www.yoursite.com/stuff/services.htm">services</a>
<a href="http://www.yoursite.com/interact/contact.htm">contact</a>
