Uhhh... I think this is in the right forum...

OK, so I've got an invision power board.. everything is cool, but i'm trying to put a table into one of my posts but my html tags dont seem to work... is there any way at all I can get a table into a post?

I don't think you can use table html tags on an invision power board.

it can be done, but that's all i can tell you.

is it only tabes or no html tags seem to work?

Even if the board has HTML tags allowed in posts I don't think the table tag will be supported. Most boards limit it to img, paragraph and other simple tags.

If this board is yours, there should be a place (I've only used IPB once so I'm not positive on this) in the admin section for modifying allowed HTML tags. You may be able to add the table, tr, td, etc. tags there.

You try [table] [/table] ? Or maybe the html is disabled if you're not the owner of the forum.
