the url is http://www.dalweb.co.uk/index2.htm

I want the page to be centred and in the middle of the page so the main scroll bar is not used. Just cant seem to be able to centre it without distorting all the frame up!

HELP!!

Looks centered to me, or do you mean vertically? The main scroll bar will be used as long as the content is larger than the window. If I have a small window, and the content is larger than my window size, it's gonna have a scrollbar, unless you make a frameset with noscroll and put your whole site in there. Personally, sites with iframes like that annoy me. More screens now are 1024x768 or larger, why force people to scroll through things 2 or 3 items at a time?. The user comes first.

- Your links open in the iframe and that doesn't look good.
- "http://www.dalweb.co.uk/test2/portfolio.jpg" is missing.
