Autostretch tables (FireFox vs IE)

Ok so here I am making this *****in website, all the layout done, looks very professional etc etc. Then My freind phones me up from work and says, "good job on the website, too bad I cant see half of it!!". Wtf? The website looks perfect on my screen. The difference is that I use Mozilla FireFox Browser at home and he uses Internet Explorer at work.

Basically what happens is I have three tables. The left and right tables are 150px wide and go down the web page displaying small messages. The centre table includes the main content and consists of other one column tables, much like forum posts display underneath eachother.

In FireFox, the centre tables are aligned correctly between the left and right and everything is displayed as it should. In Internet Explorer, the centre tables stretch to the end of the page, overlapping the right table completely. I spend hours trying to solve this but no luck...any ideas? My guess is it has something to do with browser settings and how it interprets "width=100%". I dunno, Im truly stuck on this one so if anyone knows anything I would appreciate some help...Thanks.

the website is: http://ninjalooter.romventures.co.uk

had a look at the page and in Firefox the center table stretches over the right column.

there's a stray </div> tag at the very bottom of the html file so cut and paste it above the closing </body> tag so it looks like this....

</div>
</body>
</html>

Looks OK in IE6.0 and the center column autostretches when browser window is normalized.

I'm having similar probs with firefox and tables at moment, if the above don't work post back...
