did the menu on left hand (roll over )side looks ok to you in Internet explorer.

Few people says it will not load properly in mouse over.

any input is appreciated.

No, it did not. I visited that URL and people were right about it's fault. It did not load properly. Try to correct it.

All your roll-overs looked fine to me. Maybe they have an older version of IE. For your side links, I suggest that instead of going down, your fold-out goes right. That way, people don't have to move their mouse away to go to another link.

The rollovers seem to be working fine for me but you might want to check what versions your code can run on. You might want into looking on using an alternate way.
