This is a test that has been produced by Web Easy Professional 5.

I don't like the way it loads in bits and pieces.

My knowledge of HTML is marginally better than my non-existent knowledge of astro-physics, but there seems to be an awful lot of pointless code like endless <TD> lines.

Could I clean it up to speed up loading?

table-based layouts are what i would call "tag soup"... It inserts lots of markup in your page.
And observing your source, seems to me you've got quite a lot of useless tds. Web Easy is not the perfect design tool. Hand-written code is the best authoring tool.
If you are a novice, don't even bother learning about tables, and grab some xhtml and css basics... here is a good series of tutorials:
