Margin problem

Anyone know why my right margins aren't working. www.ads4auction.com

You can see there's a 5 pixel margin between the border and the content on the left but none on the right. I put it in the code though.

the right margin? For example with the blue menu bar there should be a five pixel seperation between it and the border.
