How to mmake automatic refresh my page but with save my values of form?

When i use
<META HTTP-EQUIV="Refresh" CONTENT="3">
i lose everything what user chose

You don't unless the form has been submitted and the data saved on the server

Yeah but there is another way of doing that.

There is using javascript, however both are acceptable and both achieve the same results. Why would you want the page to refresh anyway?
