Do you know the address to the song (I don't know what else it would be, but I'm assuming it's a music file.)?

just link to the mp3 or music file and it will automatically promt them to download it.

for example:

HTML Code:
<a href= "http://www.domain.com/musicfile.mp3">Download the song!</a>

Hi. I know that this is sorta off-topic, but I reccommend you using a non-proprietary file format and sticking to the mpeg formats. It's extremely nagging having a link to a WMA, WMV, ASX, etc. file that has to open in new window. None of apples formats, including their own, have to open in a new window. They just play in the embedded quicktime player inside of your browser. Another convenience that you could do is create versions of this for Real, WMP, and Quicktime. Not the song, just the pages to insure that the user can view the file without problems. The best thing to do is just link to the file itself, or use the Quicktime embedded (Active X Component) player which is available for Linux, Windows, and Mac.
