I have more than 2,00,000 email adresses and now i want to use any email software from which i write 1 email and send to all these email responders, but i have store email address in text file in which email address is differentiate with (,) Comma , now tell me is there any software which can pick all email address from text file and send email..

If it's a .csv file, something like Outlook Express should fit your needs.

You can use the free script PHPLIST built in php and mysql. It is available free download from phplist.com. It will transfer all your ',' comma separated emails into the database and send mass emails.
