Always when I create a table with 2 columns why does the text always start in the middle? (I have created an example: http://www.studioeight.net/test.htm) How can I get the first tables text to start from the top without using <br>? Thanx in advance!

in your td tag say valign="top"

<td valign="top"> blah blah blah </td>
