Hey Guys! Im Shawn & im not shore if this is in the right place or not but here we go!! Welp anyways i would like to make layout[s] for my xanga & other peoples xangas & need help to start out ANY help! So if someone could explain or leed me in the right direction that would be great!!

Your going to need to be a little more specific.. maybe try google to get a better understanding and come here to ask a specific question.

And in answer to your question, there is not default layout for any site genre. There is design dos and don'ts, but they can wait until you know more.

what do you mean by more specifc?! im sorry im confused & i dont understand Twitch's reply at all.

I think by "more specific" wmtalk just means to let us know if you have any experience at all with making web pages. With Xanga you will need to understand HTML and CSS. The best place I know of to learn these two things is at www.w3schools.com
Also, you might want to look at making graphics. Some programs you might look into are Macromedia Fireworks, Adobe Photoshop, or Adobe Illustrator. These are fairly expensive so you might also want to check out the free graphics editor called GIMP.
