In windows Xp, some people might have the monitor resolution set to 96 default or 120 DPI. In 120 DPI, the text is larger and may push some fields over the table properties.

Anyone know of a quick html command that might load in a certain resolution. I would like to tell the page to load in 96 DPI format. Is that possible. Could save some headaches.

For Instance, CNN.com looks the same in 96 DPI and 120 DPI. My site will exceed table properties and some text might be misaligned if the DPI is set to 120.

I know there is a simple solution.

try changing it to px, that way, the font size is relative to the images on the page, and not how many ppi your screen is set to.
