I'm coding an expandable header. There are 2 graphics, and the header should go all the way across. However, it doesn't! WHY? Please help!

It is fine in my browser ( I.e)

I opened it in Firefox and Internet Explorer and the header worked properly both times. No gaps, a perfect repeat all the way across.
