I'm no expert but I think it's the
HTML Code:
<td bgcolor="#3A4AC4" width="51"></td>
you have immediately before the image navin_2.jpg. That's assuming the problem is that you want the image to be left justified.

gringo is right the problem is with that cell. I'm thinking though that you have it there because you want the image to be where it is. If so then you need to change the background color to match the image. You can also make the image 51px wider on the left side. It looks like you have a slight gradient through it so no one color will blend perfectly.

If you do want the image to be left justified then just remove the cell and add colspan="2" to the cell with the image. Although since it looks to me like you need those 51px to make the cell widths match the width you've specified for the table I think your best option will be to make the image 51px wider.
