Is there anyway to burn something onto a CD then when you put it into a computer it automatically starts without using a auto-booting program. If not do you know of any free or cheap auto-booting programs out there? Thanks

You just need to use the AUTORUN.INF file. A google search revelas a lot of info on this file:

I'm pretty sure you can simply substitute the executable file name with the name of your HTML File.
