Anybody know of any good point & click web desing program I am a new to web design which one do you reccommond. Looking for one where you do not need to do any coding to get your site built.

If you do a search for WYSIWYG editors you should find plenty. If you really want to be a web designer though you really should learn the code. None of the point and click editors writes perfect code and you'll often need to edit the code by hand to fix things.
Start with html which is pretty easy to learn and then learn css.

I enjoy using Dreamweaver, also the site CobraHosts posted seems to be very helpfull, I would plan out everything you want to do before you download the trial buy, unles you buy the program.
