for this webpage that I am creating, it looks the way I want it to (in IE6+), but when I bring it into Firefox the div container background doesnt look right - here see for yourself: http://tcea.convandesign.com

If i remove the float: left element to the items inside the #container element it views correctly, but I need those elements to float to the left and the #menuContain element to float right.

HELP??

cpfreak23,

looks fine in Firefox/IE to me. Also checked it out in Safari and Camino and all looks well. Maybe I am not seeing what you are. What don't you think looks right?

It looks okay to me but you have drop down menus in Firefox and not in IE.

Is that Javascript? I have a difference in how my drop downs work also (well, it is the drop down of a drop down that doesn't work and that is in Firefox).

I get this error in IE

Line: 123
Char: 38
Error: Expected ')"

take a look at this. This might be bombing the script out in IE..
