IE Frame line problems

Ok I'm working on site for a friend and I'm getting line spacing in IE, but of course not in firefox.
I know a lot of people get this problem any one got any ideas.

All right I got it fixed. The key was to place the background I was repeating in the middle cell as the background in the top cell. This cleared up the spacings. So if anyone else gets this problem well theres the solution.

Cool you got it fugured out so fast. I'm guessing you might be working on the site at the moment, but right now I'm seeing a problem with the include for your header.

I see you switched to the more local location in your profile too.

Ya i think you cought me as I was coping some header file into the back end.

Ya I did change my profile location for a more rounded location.
