I would like to know if it possible to get the logos more aligned in the middle in the resolution of 1024 X 768 res.

Is looks fine in 800 X 600.

Your table that contains the w3c buttons are contained within a div that's only 435px wide.

Take this code block:

Code:
<table width="100%" border="0">
<tr>
<td height="28" align="centre">
<img src="blank.jpg" alt="css valid" title="css valid" width="80" height="15" />
<img src="blank.jpg" alt="html valid" title="html valid" width="80" height="15" />
<img src="blank.jpg" alt="html valid" title="html valid" width="80" height="15" />
<img src="button_css.png" alt="css valid" title="css valid" width="80" height="15" />
<img src="html.gif" alt="html valid" title="html valid" width="80" height="15" />
</td>
</tr>
</table>
And put it below this piece:

Code:
<div id="dynloadarea" style="width:90px;height:225px; float: left"></div>
You may even want to add a clearer div above that table, to make sure it clears everything and shows at the bottom. Add this above the w3c table:

Code:
<div style="clear: both;"></div>

Okay...DUH...I missed this the first time.

In your w3 table... align="centre"

Change that to: align="center"

Also, 3 of your images aren't loading...the first 3. That'll cause it to look off center as well.
