Bottom Border of layers not showing on IE

The title pretty much explained it.

Im using layers for text entries in a new design, and the border on the bottom of each layer are used to create the feel of a horizontal rule.

Trouble is that IE seems to not be showing these bottom borders. Works fine on firefox. Please let me know if this is happening to you, or shed some light on the situation.

The Design

Thanks in advance, Maedi

Gosh... I don't think I have ever seen a style sheet that long. Maybe I have lived a sheltered life.

I tried to validate the css but there is no end tag for the head section. That would be my first course of action.

It might just be that IE isn't understanding the html>body you have in front of the .feature in your css. Try just using .feature and see if that works.

vangogh is right. If you're going to associate a border with the class, associate it directly with the class as opposed to html>body.

Also, I'd suggest creating two classes, feature and feature2. feature2 could have a slightly different background colour, so that you can create alternating rows. That might enhance the layout.

Yeh, the style sheet is a bit long, ive broken it up into 3 different categories now.

Thanks vangogh, that was the problem, and has been fixed. Good advice Adam, Ill create 2 seperate features to make it more interesting. (although it wont be seen in the previous posts link to a page made just for W-T)

I just want to say how helpful everyone here is, thanks.
