Use an iframe or a scrolling div

I need to buy a book on CSS and XML I know nothing of these.

As the div's CSS you could use this:
Code:
div.scrolling {
  width: 100px;
  height: 100px;
  overflow: auto;
}
The div won't get any bigger than 100x100 and if the content is too big it will start a vertical scroll bar. Experiment with it, and enjoy. You may also want to add "float: left;" so that it sits over to the left side of your page like you want.

I did this

<td>

<style type="text/css">
#floatframe {position:absolute;
left: 25px;
top: 950px;
width: 437px;
height: 237px;
z-index: 100; <!--order in which objects appear-->
overflow: hidden;
}
</style>

<div id="floatframe">
<iframe width=400 height=200 src="blab/index.php" scrolling=auto align=left> </iframe>
</div>

</td>

really sucks because IE and Firefox handle the contents differently and even where the page puts the frame isnt exactly the same......

Sooooooo close...

thanks for all your help so far
