How I can arrange it to put it on a php forum?

Is it possible? or php forum do not support this flash banner?

a PHP forum? What are you talking about my friend?

I believe hes trying to make a hyperlink out of the flash file, I dont think you can do this with html you will have to edit the flash file and make a onclick state to go to your URL. Im pretty sure there is a way to do this with CSS block also but your best bet would be editing the flash file.
