Hi Gang, I am your average run of the mill web designer who has a client who would like to create a site similar to www.myneighborhoodagent.com.

What the site does is allow you to create a postcard or flyer by picking an image and adding your choice of text to the front and back. It also allows you to create your own account and save your work.

I do not have the skills to create something like this from scratch, Is it possible to purchase a canned program or site similar to this or would I looking at hiring a programmer and starting from scratch. Thanks for any info.....Lynn

That looks like pure custom work to me.

The back end stuff will be the real killer. I once created a couple of carrier route mailing lists for a direct mailing from the information provided by the post office. I can't imagine trying to do it in a point and click form. Just a funny side note. I use a 16K TI-99a computer with cassette storage.

Is your client wanting to compete with the procards people or do they just want a site like sub-site you referenced in you post?
