and i would like the sitemap to be a little dynamic, you know so the user can open and close directories. i think i need javascript for that.

nope, don't know one but it's simple enough to take the HTML report from link sleuth and create one using that.

Unless you have PHP or ASP and write the code to generate one on the fly

actually i've checked Xenu Link Sleuth again and it was great.
does anyone has a colapsing sitemap? i think its in javascript.
its looks a lot better.
