Which Extension should I use?

I am now using .htm but my friend said that I should use .html does it matter?

It doesn't make a difference which one you use, except it takes longer to type .html

cool. I heard that really old windows can't read extensions older than 3 characters. But thanks!!!

That's why .htm used to be used. Back when computers could only handle 16 bits a 3 letter extension was the maximum, but now that we're using 32 bit and moving on to 64 bit that 3 letter extension limit is a thing of the past.

You can use .html or .htm

.htm used for old win version and DOS only supported three lettered without long extensions.
