I have a hyperlink to a reference site that is not within my domain.
When the link is clicked it takes visitors out of my site to the linked site.
What code do I need to have that reference site open in a seperate window so that visitors are not taken out of my domain?

How do I get the "external site" to open in a "minimized" window?
Also, is there any code that will also place this minimized window on a particular section of the existing (parent site) window, such as Top Right?

You probably want to use the window.open() method of javascript. Here are a few links where you can see how it's used:
http://www.javascripter.net/faq/openinga.htm
http://www.javascript-coder.com/wind...dow-open.phtml
I think between the 2 links you'll be able to find everything you need.
