FireFox vs IE problem... BIG Problem

OK. So, stupid me. I don't FireFox much because I'm using IE7. I started programming this page as just a hobby project. It soon grew out of hand and before I really knew it, I had a full on website. This has taken about 2 months to make, a few hours here and there. I hadn't tested it in FireFox besides just visually.

So I add someone to the website. On getting added going to the console, you have to change your password. It's a simple form, similar to the login.

They can't select the text box. In fact, you can't select any part of a form besides the the login. I'm sure it's something really stupid. I have my form tags open and close, so that's not a problem.

Here's an example:

Any criticism on it would be welcome as well as telling me how to fix the FireFox problem...

edit: Oh yeah, I should point out. In my example I gave, the form to try out is at the very very bottom. It's the janitor's basement. FireFox won't focus the form.

edit2: Last thing, I forgot about this. You can't select any text anywhere on the page. If these are firefox problems, then FireFox sucks. I'm sure I'm doing something really stupid.

HTML Code:
<input style='border: 1px solid #858f9e; font-family: verdana, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 11px; padding: 2px; vertical-align: middle; margin: 0; width: 80px;' type='text' size='25' name='userUsername' value='Username'> |
        &<b> Password: </b>
        <input style='border: 1px solid #858f9e; font-family: verdana, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 11px; padding: 2px; vertical-align: middle; margin: 0; width: 80px' type='password' size='25' name='userPassword' value='*******'> |

        & <i><b>Remember Me?</b></i>

The top two fields are supposed to be disabled. That was done with PHP as part of logging in. Its any text field after the login.

Example: User opens FireFox, goes to the website. They can type in their username and password and log in. The site logs them in and disables those two text fields. But every text field or textarea after that first one is "disabled". But not really, because disabled text fields are greyed out, and the ones at the bottom of the page are not. You just can't give them focus.

Look at the form at the bottom (which I put out of the table just to put it at the very very bottom of the code. There's no reason it shouldn't be working. The radio buttons work, check boxes work elsewhere, but it's only text AND textareas that don't work.

Edit: Also, this doesn't fix the fact that you CANNOT select ANYTHING on the page. Anywhere. Text will NOT highlight. This is a major annoyance but not mission-critical.
