I am now in the process of cleaning up all of my pages and being sure they validate. I have dwindled my errors on the page in question to 3 measley errors. I have muddled through 60 or more and fixed them all. I am at a loss over how to fix this.

The way my page is set up, I use a phpinclude for my header, footer and sidebar to the right. I am having issues getting my H3, H5 etc to validate. I don't know what I am doing wrong. PLEASE HELP!

now there are many smarter people here than me, but I would try and see if your not closing something before it like a </p> or </div>

But like you said its something with your h3. It may be something as simple as closing it or actually adding something like a start tag

You have some incorrect coding putting <h3> tags inside <p> tags...

Look for

h3's are not allowed within <p> get them out of there and it'll completely validate
