Just save it as an HTML. That's what I always did and it worked fine.

When you open up a framed page in DW i.e., the frameset, DW also is opening up the other pages too. They are opened right within the frameset page. So, if you have a frame with 2 frames in it DW is tracking all three pages.

You can make changes to any of these pages. When you make a save, DW want's to know if you want to save all the pages, any specific page or just the frame set.

Remember the frameset page is only a page that is a holder page. It is html but it holds no page content of its own. It only loads other html pages within each frames..

Notice that if you save through the File menu you have other save otions as well, for instance Save all Pages. If I remember correctly saving the Frameset only saves that file, not the rest of the pages loaded inside of it.
