Hey guys. I have a question, my website has an iframe. The iframe adds a 20px border in Internet Explorer. Here the url http://www.silent.2dollarhost.net/mu...4%20Cobra.html

Any ideas why it does that.

The image you have used is bigger than the properties set for the iframe by the looks of it.

If you dont need scrolling, set: scrolling="no" inside the iframe properties.

The question I have is: why is it in an iframe?

If it's just an image, why not use a div and replace the pic with the Javascript you already have going on?

This isn't a question of IE being good or bad, either...this is a case where there is a better way to design something than an inline frame.

Can't even see it now.. nothing there.
If you're just trying to show an IMAGE in this iFrame, there are other methods that might work:

Using an iframe for this isn't as efficient as it sounds. you can still pull in multiple images to one page without using iframe. When you use an iFrame, a client browser is actually downloading more info than if you just bring the image into the page with out it.. Just use a div to hold the image instead of the iFrame. It should work the same!

Read the article I gave you the link to, it will tell you exactly how to put an image into a <div>.
