My site is www.jarabina.com. Any advice to help load pages faster would be great. I am also unsure about how to use keywords and meta tags correctly.
Again thanks for any help you can provide.

well you page loading time is not too bad, and your image file sizes are ok.

things you could do...

remove nested tables (tables withing tables) and replace with css styles tags
move your css to an external stylesheet
strip out <font> tags and use css to style all text

there will be folks who say get rid of you tables altogether - that's your choice but try to reduce use of tables as much as possible.

jumpink, tables aren't bad, but it's not their intentional use other than for portraying tabular data that could be used in conjunction with graphs, etc, not for laying out your site.

Even if using tables, there should be no reason to have nested tables.

Code:
<meta name="keywords" content="keyword1,keyword2,keyword3" />
You'll usually want only 10 keywords that clearly explain the content of what you site provides.

Are these pages all static, if generated dynamically you could use compression (gzip-encoding).

Cheers,

MC

Tables are not bad - for tabular data, of course.

But for positioning the layout, there's nothing better than CSS.

You'll see, I hop e

I appreciate all the input. I am convinced that CSS is far superior than using tables. How do I convert from tables and start using CSS in the least painful manner. Thanks again.

Here's a REALLY good book on learning to go table-less:

HTML*Utopia: Designing*Without*Tables Using*CSS, 2nd*Edition - SitePoint Books

Well worth every penny, it's in my library
