I've seen a lot of crazy things but I can't see anything that is causing this.
Some of the links have _blank as the target. I'm sure that you did this on purpose because this will definitely make this happen.
I noticed if you click on the *BUY* or *SUPPORT* Links near the top these open up into another page as you stated. But then if you click on these links from a page other than the home page it doesn't always do it. But it does sometimes.
Unless someone esle has a more definitive answer my *GUESS* is that it might some kind of server issue. I would start by contacting your hosting providor and explaining what is going on with them.
Beyond that, if they give you no answers, I would start by striping out everything from your pages. copy and paste every link into a new page and save the page. upload it and then test.. If a striped out page with no css divs spans. nothing but the links on it still do this (or not) you will see where to start.
Then, you can start adding things back in one at a time. Then eventually you will see what is breaking the links.
Still. I have a feeling that it is some kind of server configuration that was inadvertently changed...
