How do I make a link that changes color when the mouse is over the link?

Here is the page that contains the links that I need to change:

The links on the page are the pics. Now the pics don't do anything when the mouse is over a pic. I want the pics to be first red and when the mouse is over a certain pic, the pic turns grey as it is seen now on the page.

Please help!

You'll have to make a red version of each picture. Then have a rollover for each one that calls for the grey version. I'd suggest having the images preload too, but that isn't necessary to have it work, only to have it work faster.

What waffles said. Do a search for javascript rollover tutorial or css rollover. There should be plenty of walk throughs to help you.
