I am trying to set up a frameset page. I need to link to an external web page (webconnect). I have set the link (contained in nav_frame) to target "content_frame". It opens in a new window. I would like it to open within the frame set in the frame mentioned above. Can anyone help me?

People generally don't like when you try to take their content and place it in a frame on your site. It's quite possible they've added some code on their end to break their page out of your frame.

If its in the same frame you use target="_self"
If its in another frame, you first name that frame and then you just use target="_nav" (assumeing you named it nav)
But. I'm quite new to this but I learned the hard way that you should'nt use frames. I really struggled to get half the browers to function properly with frames. it was a nightmare. So I ended up redesigning the whole thing without frames.
